We do not accept consignment orders.

Shipping Method

Unless otherwise specified, all shipping is done with USPS. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us prior to placing an order and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping via UPS and FedEx may require additional shipping charges and charges will be determined on an order by order basis. We do our best to get orders printed up and shipped out as quickly as we can.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please understand that shipping internationally can take a bit of extra time due to the fact that the package will have to pass through customs. Sometimes packages zip right through, other times packages can be delayed for weeks. Please take this into consideration when placing an order especially if you need the items by a specific date. Please also understand that if we could, we would get your packages to you immediately, but unfortunately once we drop the package off at the post office, shipping time is out of our control. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges.

*We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have shipped.

Drop Shipping

We do not offer drop shipping.                            

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are determined by package weight and will be assessed on an order by order basis.

Estimated Production Time

All items are printed to order. Please allow a lead time of 7-10 business days for your order to ship once order is submitted.    

Returns, Damages, and Repairs

Oh, Little Rabbit wants your buying experience to be as enjoyable as possible. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our items.

We try very hard to accurately represent and picture all items to the best of our ability. We trust that the received item will meet your expectations.

We take all precautionary methods to make sure items do not arrive damaged and take great care in our packing and shipment. All items come from a smoke free studio.

If an item does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately. For your convenience we would like to take care of any issues as quickly as possible.

If you have a damaged item or are interested in an exchange within your order, please contact us within 5 days from the day you receive your order so we can make arrangements with you. Unfortunately, If more than 5 days pass from the day you receive your order, a return or exchange is no longer available. No returns will be accepted and no refunds given unless contacted via email before the order or items are shipped back to us.

*All returns made for any other reason than being flawed must be in original condition, undamaged and unwashed. Once item is received, you will receive your refund, less a 10% re-stock fee. This fee is for time spent processing, packaging, shipping, etc.
